![]() So you may not have any restore points you can use. The solution I found was to use System Restore, but, for reasons unknown, I don’t believe this is activated by default in Windows 10. It locks up the print queues and even a restart doesn’t clear them. I ran into the same problem with Nitro PDF Creator. I can print to the Windows fax driver and the XPS document writer. When I try to use these devices, the source program goes into “Not responding” mode and just sits there. I upgraded my system on the first day and most everything seemed to go fine except for printing to my networked HP laser printer or a PDF printer driver from Nitro.
